Hats off to the fabulous Barnstaple Library, which has been a big supporter of the Menopause Information and Support Event. Have you visited recently? There’s so much they do, plus they have a good selection of books about menopause. Go check ’em out!

In the photo below, I’m seated next to Jess Pearson, Creative Director at Shimnix Films, and we are talking to Jane Petch, Senior Supervisor at Barnstaple Library. This was the first time I spoke in public about the menopause event.
